CONTEMPLATION

It takes courage to keep your heart open, not that it can ever really close. Like the sun, clouds form in the sky and we cannot see the sun, but it hasn’t gone anywhere. The spiritual heart is like that, always open to truth and the love that it bears. Its hard however to maintain access to the heart from time to time, to stay awake to its eternal presence within you, so many clouds (suffering) hide it from view…….. it takes courage, may you find that now.
