To be clear and true with another we must first be clear and true with ourselves, which is always going to be an ongoing project for all of us, at different levels. The mind can and will from time to time sow confusion and doubt, it’s difficult to know what’s up or down.

We can however on this journey of remembering, of coming home to truth, to practice its expression in loving kindness and compassion. Even your anger, I mean if you are going to be angry do it with love, which maybe an oxymoron for some, however I think not. Be Kind, Be Gentle, Be LOVE, we are all indeed God’s creatures.
