SACRED BREATH

Take a moment, take two why don’t you and breathe Love into your heart space just below the sternum. Imagine it as a mist you are breathing in through that space. Love meeting Love. In an out breath by breath, remember who you are.Then please breathe that Love out to all those in need, and in particular to all those beings who are hurting, suffering. Visualize this mist coming out from within the spiritual heart and reaching near and far into all hearts everywhere.Your loved ones and those who you do not find it easy to Love, yes those too. As your heart opens more to the Love within and without which is your true nature. UPDATE ON MY WORK

CONTEMPLATION

This piece suggests that everything you do is sacred…you may well ask how could my life be sacred or that suffering could be called sacred……well, that’s the contemplation here. Contemplation is an action, a musing that takes place only from within the heart, so when you find yourself rationalizing rather than contemplating, pause…take a breath, and bring yourself back into your heart. CONTEMPLATION ON SILENCE

You may have noticed that I prefer to communicate from my heart to yours through music. The resonance and tone of the music conveys what I want to say.We all respond to the tone of what is being said primarily rather than the actual words. A mother might say to her teenage daughter, don’t speak to me in that tone, she is reacting to the resonance, more deeply than words by themselves could possibly convey.So I tend to struggle with words though I hope to get better at writing, for some reason they seem to dilute for me my original hearts intent and purpose.I am however going to practice writing more…in the meantime I hope the music and the poems I send to you resonate in all the good places and warm your hearts and raise the spirit.I could say that Love is best experienced from within silence though it is surely there amongst all the noise….. so rest awhile each day in silence, in Love.Language, by its nature, deceives.
