DISCOUNTING BEHAVIOR

No-one can ever discount you without you discounting yourself. The other person is acting, speaking in a way that is hurtful and unkind but ultimately is coming up against an internal belief that is lodged within the make-up of your own system, that invariable has been there for sometime.No-one can ever discount you unless you simultaneously discount yourself. That other person is showing you a place where you have come to mistakenly believe you are unlovable, that you are not enough………the truth being that you are always lovable, always enough. So don’t hang out with people who are hurtful and unkind, (whenever you have the choice) and engage in discounting behavior….. by all means. However the psychological, emotional, and often somatic work to remove the original dynamic that drove your reaction to their behaviour (as a discount) is your own work on your-self.You are always lovable and enough………all-ways. RELATIONSHIP II

Every moment of anger that masks the fear that hides the longing (grief) in our lives, is a moment were we have come to believe that we are bereft of being one with Love.That is what all anger, fear and grief is about at its core. That love is not present within… is missing in action, when we give rise to a moment of anger, fear, grief. The belief in more intense moments can feel as if you have been torn from home, that there is no safety to be found, is that not what it feels like sometimes?And we internalize that energy that resonates at a frequency that is not the frequency of Love within our cellular, nervous system bodies, that we have collected over a lifetime and is so often triggered later in life by outer aspects and experiences that have a similar frequency, and then in turn dumping, transfering it as we do on the ones we most Love, the ones who out of their Love deeply remind us of our pain. That is why again in communication with other sentient beings we react more strongly to the tone, the resonance of what is be communicated than with what is being said.And so it is that when we fully open our hearts to anothers presence, in doing so that internalized dark energy is high-lighted by the presence of Love and indeed is in all actuality being brought forth for a healing. It can be said that the person whom you most love mirrors as well as that Love in you, the deepest aspects of your suffering and travail…..at times long hidden.I have come to understand that the more intense emotions, expressions of energy come from some of our earliest developmental years, often times pre-cognition. These are all exposed when in the presence of Love as much as we would prefer they are not. In this perfect union we call Love, that which is not about Love will be called forth for a healing and this is when the work begins and were so many relationships with others fail….to be continued. Lovers don’t finally meet somewhere,they’re in each other all along…” — RumiFalling in Love, that which we call falling in Love is an awakening moment to that which is in your own heart and has been all along, reflected in the presence of an-other, (though in all truth at this level there has never been any ‘other’)That magical, mystical moment of falling in love is a moment when you are recognizing your own true nature, drawn forth from deep within your heart and soul.No-one is bringing you anything you didn’t have before you met them, Love has been with you all along. This person you have fallen in love with is acting as a mirror for the truth of who you really are that you had long forgotten now remembered. Of a love beyond measure that lays at the heart of all without beginning nor end….infinite in nature…..all heaven on earth.
