There is a wise old man who never spoke……not because he couldn’t….. that he had nothing to say…….it was because he believed that language deceived……that by its very nature it clouded the truth……..it made the world harder to know...…… he believed that the truth….. the truth lived only in silence.He communicated in other ways……..mainly through the food he prepared from his garden…….it conveyed his affection, gratitude, and sometimes his indifference………far better than any words could express. SCIENCE MEETS SPIRIT

Within the realms of understanding - I believe that the intellect and the knowledge it can acquire in any given moment is designed to only understand so much - it can only go so far along the continuum - that if you really want to understand the ultimate truth of anything you have to go to the heart’s wisdom and grace - with all heart and soul - it is designed that way - very creative don’t you think when you consider where all love is found.Put another way - knowledge has to become wisdom - which is an act of faith as it is beyond the intellect - in order to understand the ultimate truth of any matter - at its heart. The intellect no matter how sharp it has become or the IQ behind it - in understanding the realms of truth it can only go so far.There is a point - a point of surrender in any thought process - no matter how deep our intellectual quest to understand is - when to move forward in any pursuit of understanding we must let go of intellect and enter the realm of the heart - literally rather like entering a black hole….a certain form of alchemy is required - indeed we may call it the transformation of matter into spirit.It’s like I have always had my greatest insights on the way to and from the bathroom in the early morning - coming so soon after sleep - my mind not yet engaged - something I have been working on for a considerable time to understand - the heart of the matter pops up in the moment and all wisdom is mine - hallelujah!In all reality there is a place within all of us that is always connected to it all - we are one with the universe and the universe is one with us. However - there is an element to all of this that says we can’t know something before it’s given us to know. There is a timing to knowing all wisdom - such is the process of any destiny in a given lifetime - creation in motion.So many of us from time to time look back out of our remembrance of suffering and wish that we knew back then what we know now - but it simply wasn’t given us to know back then. In any time-based continuum, all wisdom and grace are ours within - (remember we are always connected) - our awareness of that however is restricted from view until the perfect moment in this great play we call life - another part of the creative process - the Dance of Maya. CHOOSE LOVE FIRST

Most everyone looks to connect with another person based on the initial differences found, we do that with everything we come into contact with. From this initial starting point, we then work our way toward any similarities. Considering that our intent is most often to connect with others it is an oddball way to make that connection. Out of our own suffering and sense of separateness connecting in this way is part of the human default position, to go first to the differences and then try to find similarities.May I suggest one similarity between us all, between all life forms - Love. Choose Love as your starting point, and join with others first and foremost on Love. For it is within the realms of Love, that we find no differences, no judgments, and no preferences…….there is only LOVE. YOU ARE SACRED SPACE

Every inch of you from head to toe is sacred space, treat yourself accordingly please, and whilst you are about it - all other forms of life. May you know the realms of love that exist within your spiritual heart just below the sternum, and go there often when life has you afraid - you will find safety there.
