MONDAY MEDITATION HOUR AND FRIDAY SATSANG

Each Monday evening starting January 16th at 5pm AT 5 P.M. PST I will host a loving kindness meditation on zoom channel 416-802-6012, alternating with a forgiveness Meditation the following week……for the foreseeable future. This is our first meeting back together again since the beginning of covid. Any thought, word or deed that is not rooted in the soil of Love from its onset….flowers not in the end…..in the end meaning in the way of it all, in God’s time, our life happening as it does from within the due bounds of any given karmic destiny, (the universal timing of a predetermined course of events) Nonetheless, consider that every thought, word or deed, every human life experience that is of the dark will always be brought back to light, the love…. it being the final truth and destiny of any matter….dissolving as it must back into the creative force of this universe and all others….merging into the awareness that we have always been the Atman…..One with God.So, the question is what can we do, moment to moment to transcend all dark thought, our words and deeds and, in practicing loving kindness and compassion in everything we do, help each other and ourselves in our journey back home and, in doing so we bring a healing to the whole wide world….though there be many hearts there is only…… ONE LOVE Nigel Lott www.teaandzen.org Get full access to Tea and Zen - Threads at teaandzen.substack.com/subscribe
