Stay true to who you are, stay true to your core values and principles without worrying about others’ opinions…..however, stay open hearted and flexible…there is always more to learn, remember.Always a good idea in communicating with others, is to know before talking to the other person (s) what your truth is and what is negotiable and what is not, what your positions are ahead of contact with other.There are some personalities with whom you cannot negotiate, simply cannot because of their narcissism or sociopathy traits, for example, so always a good idea to find your truth, your place of integrity within yourself before any contact with other, no matter what personality is in front of you. Be flexible, but always honor YOUR truth. So often we find ourselves in conversation that turns to argument because we are trying to convince the other of our position, we are trying to sway them to our truth because we have not arrived at that place, that truth deep enough within ourselves, we are not fully owning our position within ourselves, otherwise there would be no need to persuade another of it.We strain to get the other to believe us, to believe our truth which is a clear indication we are not rooted in our own belief system, deeply enough. I mean if you really owned your truth you would not need anyone else from the outside to believe you.In other words it is our connection with our own hearts truth that we all must find from within ourselves....When doubts come, as they must from time to time have a few people whom you trust and love who can help reflect back the truth within, it is always an inside job.Truth always comes wrapped in loving kindness and compassion and in all truth, in the end as in the beginning….can only be experienced from within the realms of silence….Nigel Lott… teaandzen.org[other in that there really isn’t an-other, just other aspects of self the one love reflecting light and dark, dark and light.]Music ‘In Plain Sight’ courtesy Epidemic Sounds. TEA AND ZEN

Tea and Zen [Nigel Lott] contributes an unparrelled library of healing practices that are at their very cutting edge of knowledge and wisdom, of what is commonly known. Offering a vast landscape of opportunities in healing and recovery work, of personal and interpersonal growth, psychological, emotional, somatic and spiritual paths that guide a path to freedom, a distinct movement away from suffering. There are realms also, of which little is known, that eminate from within the nervous system itself, predominately the sympathetic nervous system and its dysfunction, that can lead to profound suffering, driving severe adrenal responses, psychological and emotional turmoil i.e. adrenergic storms. These realms are well known to this writer and guidance is given based on personal experience accompanied by the select teachers, guides and medical providers who have so assisted, supported me over the years.You can expect guidance in combination with other providers that are known to Tea And Zen and have knowledge of autonomic dysfunction within the nervous system...there are very few in western medicine that work in these realms and other aspects of severe, complex forms of post traumatic stress disorder, of which I have grown so familiar and, in the main am now free of.Essentially in the end, as in the beginning there isn't anything I teach, offer that you do not already know, deep within your own being. My work is to guide you in uncovering that which is already there within you, in offering a profound movement toward truth, for the benefit of all sentient beings that they may awaken to their own sense of equanimity born out of their hearts longing for peace and discovering the one true nature that is in us all, and has been all along.This is the work that I do on a daily basis and ask that if you can spare a dime to contribute to my work in the link below.Music Nepal Morning by Michael Stearns. To not forgive fosters anger, fear……the grief of a lifetime within our own heart space and, contaminates every aspect, of our own loving being. The patterns, dynamics and laws that govern us in our lives, that interweave between our thinking mind and the hearts wisdom… apply as much collectively as they do individually. When we talk about individual consciousness it is as part of a whole that is embedded within humanity. To accept and understand that each of us has a profound effect on the energy of our world and in the universe as a whole, in its polarity between light and dark and, how much of each becomes manifest in any given moment. We are responsible for how much light is in our world, or of how much darkness.It is the purview of each of us then to find the truth within the realms of our own heart and to discover the one love that binds us together there, yet in doing so sets us all free and, to share with each other our stories of the light found there, beyond the darkness.
